Bruce possesses more than 30 years of strategic leadership and senior human resources experience as a management consultant and senior human resources executive / business partner in the private sector in Canada and internationally. As a consultant, Bruce has worked as a strategist, services provider, and mentor coach with clients in the federal government, not-for-profit, and private sectors.
Bruce specializes in the areas of organizational strategy, change management and business transformations, organizational design and re-alignment, competency frameworks, performance management, terminations, legislation, HR best-practices, and HR project management.
Bruce’s experience leading positive change and delivering progressive strategy and HR based services to the organizations he works with allows him to bring an integrated business perspective to serving his clients’ needs as a consultant.
