Dawn is an energetic, passionate, innovative and quick witted former public service executive with over 30 years of experience in human resources (staffing, organizational design, job description writing), information management, government security (security screening, administrative investigations, physical security, event management, business continuity management, information security, contract security and security awareness and training), occupational health and safety, policy and law enforcement.
Dawn has been described by those who have worked with her as being honest, results-driven, transparent and motivated.
Dawn has a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce. She has directly worked on various major government projects including Phoenix Restoration, MyGCHR, GCDocs, New Direction on Staffing, Renewal, and the development of Departmental Security Plans.
Dawn is a known collaborator having led and conducted consultations between government and industry leaders, is detail oriented, based on her experience in law enforcement and is well versed in managing larger complex projects.
