Dianah is a senior HR consultant and strategic people leader with extensive experience helping organizations navigate growth, change, and complex people challenges. Her background spans senior HR leadership and consulting across multiple Canadian jurisdictions, supporting organizations in both unionized and non-union environments.
She brings particular depth in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, performance, and leadership development. Dianah is known for quickly getting to the heart of an issue, balancing business realities with sound HR judgment, and turning complex challenges into practical solutions leaders can act on
Her experience ranges from leading HR across large, geographically dispersed workforces to working directly with smaller organizations that need practical, hands-on support. She has built and transformed HR programs, strengthened leadership and performance practices, guided complex workforce decisions, and improved the systems and structures that help organizations operate more effectively.
Dianah also brings a strong interest in the practical application of AI in HR. With specialized training in AI for HR and Microsoft 365 Copilot, she helps organizations identify where AI can create meaningful value in their people practices while maintaining appropriate human judgment, governance, and oversight.
She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources.
