With over 5 years of management administration experience, Erik Weippert is the oil the keeps the TAP Strategy’s team flowing smoothly, allowing leadership and our consulting team to focus on what is most important – serving our clients. Coming from the service industry, Erik is keenly client-focussed and brings TAP Strategy hands on experience in operations management, recruitment, as well as national training and facilitation capabilities.
As TAP Strategy’s Coordinator, Corporate & Consulting Services , Erik is responsible for client communications, recruitment, bookkeeping, schedule management and of course bringing in the occasional box of Timbits®.
Erik has had a huge effect on the TAP Strategy’s greener initiative. With the implementation of electronic systems and new methods of file management, Erik has been successful in cutting TAP Strategy’s paper product usage by over 70% and reducing their carbon footprint overall. Erik is always looking for new ways to expand this initiative in helping to create a great greener world.
