Olga is a dynamic and solutions-focused Human Resources professional with more than 15 years of combined HR, leadership, talent acquisition, and business experience. She has spent over a decade in progressive HR leadership roles, partnering with executives and leaders to navigate complex people challenges and build practical, high-impact solutions that support both employees and the business.
A true HR generalist, Olga brings broad experience across employee relations, organizational design, performance management, talent acquisition and retention, total rewards, workplace investigations, policy development, workforce planning, and organizational change. She is particularly passionate about understanding what is really happening beneath the surface of an organization – asking the right questions, using data and business context to identify root causes, and translating those insights into pragmatic solutions that leaders can actually implement.
Olga’s background also includes several years in recruitment and business development, giving her a strong commercial lens and an appreciation for the connection between people strategy and business performance. She thrives on complex projects, organizational transformation, program and service design, and helping leaders turn an HR challenge into a clear path forward.
Olga holds the CPHR designation, a Post-Degree Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Management Consulting from Royal Roads University. Outside of work, Olga loves travel, exploring new places, learning about interior design, and spending time with her family.
