Terri brings operational, HR, project management and Strategic experience to TAP Strategy & HR Consulting. Having more than 30 years’ combined experience as a small business owner, and within the Health Care, private and not-for-profit sectors, Terri has worked both within Canada and internationally, including in national and international contexts.
Terri’s strengths include strategic visioning, collaboration and gap- and solution-finding; and she is focused on not only where we are going (goals/objectives) but particularly ‘how’ we get there.
As a senior strategist and Human Resources Management practitioner, Terri’s passion is on influencing positive change through Leadership and Change Management – integrating talent and potential. Terri has specialized experience in organizational design, change management, mentorship coaching, HR program development, training and development design and facilitation, competency frameworks, and employee and team engagement.
Terri has extensive experience working at strategic levels in all HR facets, including complex terminations and effective situational navigation.
Terri is now President of our sister organization, TAP Institute.
