improving procedures, policies, and systems and recommends practical and agile solutions that add value She has gained depth and breadth of experience in all areas of HR and is most passionate about culture, leadership, employer branding, process and systems improvement, talent attraction and retention strategies, and employee engagement.
Thérèse loves the outdoors and enjoys long hikes, snowmobiling, canoeing, paddleboarding, and having people over at the lake to create fun and lasting memories!
