KALIDA GRIFFITHS
HR SPECIALIST
Kalida is a passionate Human Resources professional with experience in HR consulting, employee relations, talent development, and policy implementation. They have a background in Business – Human Resources Management and are actively pursuing their Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
Before joining TAP, Kalida worked on various HR projects, including developing HR playbooks, streamlining HR processes, and supporting company culture initiatives. They have also facilitated training programs to help organizations enhance employee engagement and performance.
Originally from London, Ontario, Kalida has always been driven by a passion for helping individuals align their careers with their purpose. Excited to be joining the TAP team, Kalida brings positive and charismatic energy, along with a strong thirst for learning and continuous growth. They are eager to support clients in building strong, people-first workplaces while further developing their expertise in HR strategy and consulting.
Outside of work, Kalida enjoys spending time with her 2 children, gardening, continuously learning about HR best practices, and exploring new ways to create positive workplace cultures.
